This provides a total of 2 years of parts warranty coverage, exclusively for purchases made through the official Verpal website.
Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces include:
1-Year Parts Warranty
Warranty coverage and service policies may vary depending on the platform's terms and conditions.
For products that include a battery:
Battery Coverage: 6 Months from the Date of Delivery
If the battery is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period, Verpal will provide a replacement battery free of charge.
To request battery replacement, customers must provide:
-Order number
-Product model
-Description of the issue
-Photos or videos showing the defect
This warranty covers defects resulting from:
-Manufacturing defects
-Material defects
-Workmanship defects
-Functional failures under normal intended use
If a covered defect is verified during the warranty period, Verpal will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge to restore normal product functionality.

-Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
-Improper assembly, storage, transportation, or maintenance
-Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise specified
-Water damage, fire damage, natural disasters, or environmental conditions
-Intentional, negligent, or malicious damage
